Which parks have FULL hook-ups (water, electric & sewer)? Parks Angler & Fox.
Which parks have PARTIAL hook-ups (water & electric only)? Parks Bass, Egret, Fox & Indian.
Which parks allow TENT camping (no hook-ups)? Parks Creekside, Deer, Grebe, Hawk, Jay, Kingfisher, Mallard & Osprey.
Bass & Fox have just a few spots for tent camping.
 
If I tested positive for COVID-19 can I go camping at Lake Casitas to quarantine? NO. Do not enter the Lake Casitas Recreation Area if you or any member of your group has tested positive for COVID or has the following symptoms:
Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. 
 
What is the maximum amount of nights I can camp in your park? No more than 14 nights maximum stay per month.
 
 
Are picnics allowed? Can I make reservations for a picnic area? Yes, picnics are allowed. We have some picnic areas that are first come, first serve.
We also have some picnic areas that can be reserved. Please call 805-649-1122 to make a reservation.

Can I make a reservation for a group camping site? Yes, you can now make reservations for group camping sites. You must call our reservations office & speak to a guest services assistant to make the reservation.   805-649-1122
Pollywog - $195.00/per night & a $50.00 non-refundable reservation fee, $30 cancellation/transfer fee, no hook-up spots, includes 5 vehicles. Approx. 20-30 people & 5 tents. Extra vehicles $20 each/per night on weekends.
Trout - $390.00/per night & a $100.00 non-refundable reservation fee, $60 cancellation/transfer fee, no hook-up spots, includes 10 vehicles. Approx. 50 people. Extra vehicles $20 each/per night on weekends.
Owl Court - $390.00/per night & a $100.00 non-refundable reservation fee, $60 cancellation/transfer fee, 4 spots with hook-ups (water & electric only -30amp), includes 10 vehicles. Approx. 100 people. Extra vehicles $20 each/per night on weekends.
24 hours notice in advance to check in time for cancellations is required. 
Can I put a tent in a hook-up site? Tents are permitted in a hook-up site ONLY if it's secondary to a motorhome or trailer.
Tents are not permitted on any irrigated grass areas. 
Indian is the only park with hook-ups (water & electric) that tents can be in without requiring a motorhome or trailer.
 
Do you have RV or trailer rentals for camping? No, we do not. We provide the campsite spaces. If you want to rent an RV or trailer you will need to go online & select the company you would like to rent from. Day use fees may apply.
How many vehicles am I allowed to bring when camping? There is a 2 vehicle maximum per campsite. One vehicle included & 2nd vehicle at an additional cost.
The extra vehicle fee should be paid for at the front gate upon arrival. 
$14 per night on weeknights.
$20 per night on weekends (Fridays & Saturdays).
$20 per night on holidays.
When is check-in / check-out? Check-in is 2:00pm of your arrival date & check out is 12:00 noon of your departure date.
Late check-in is up until 11:00pm of your arrival date. (during quiet hours, please be courteous to your neighbors)
 
How much does it cost to enter the park just for the day? Day Use Entry Fees:
$10.00 per vehicle during "off" season. (Labor Day to Easter)
$20.00 per vehicle during "on" season weekends. (Easter to Labor Day)
$20.00 per vehicle on holidays. 
No Refunds. Passes are non-transferrable.
Are your park showers & playgrounds open? Playgrounds & park showers are open. Park shower token machine is located at the guest services building. The machine takes bills only, no coins. No refunds are given for unused tokens.

Can I cancel, change or transfer my reservation online? No. You will need to call into our guest services office & have one of our assistants help you with that.
Please know, cancellations/changes must be done 24 hours prior to your check in date/time. There is a $10 non-refundable reservation fee for reservations made online and $15.00 for reservations made with the Guest Services Office & a $6 cancellation/change fee that applies (per campsite).

How do I extend my reservation? You may call our guest services office from 8am to 4pm Monday - Saturday for help with this. There is no extra charge for extending a reservation. Please have your booking number ready.

Will the wine festival be happening at your park this summer? The 2023 Ojai Wine Festival is June 17, 2023.
Can I swim in the lake? No body contact or swimming is permitted in the lake. 
Can I bring a kayak, canoe, inflatable boat or fishing boat to the lake? All vessels are subject to a mandatory 35 day quarantine period before you can use it on the lake. To schedule a kayak/canoe/boat inspection appointment, please email boatinspection@casitaswater.com. In your email, please include your phone number so we can reach you to explain the process in detail.
Do you have boat rentals at your lake? We do have a vendor at our lake that rents out boats, kayaks & canoes. You may call them at 805-649-2043 for pricing & availability. Or go to casitasboatrentals.com.
Do you offer storage for a motorhome, kayak, canoe or boat? Yes, we do offer trailer storage. 
$126/month for a back-in space $150/month for a pull through space $20/month for kayaks & canoes Decal stickers are required on all water vessels & must be renewed annually while in storage.
